Each showing you your inner strength, showing you your working journey before the class begins. We dont just move, breathe, ground and meditate. We write, we release, we understand deeply and break open our thoughts to align and let go what no longer serves or to express the forbidden. Honouring who we fully are, light or shadow without judgement.  Melanie is a wellbeing teacher with a 20 year background in dance and sport dance coaching. Through her studies in mindfulness, meditation, crystal bowl sound therapy, vagus nerve activation and somatic grounding, she has created a practise that weaves conscious movement, breath, sound and stillness to support nervous system regulation and honour the feminine body and energy.
