About Melbeing

Melbeing offers a holistic approach to wellbeing that supports the body, mind, and nervous system through embodied, restorative practices. Rooted in movement, sound, and deep rest, Melbeing creates space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

With a background as a former dancer and sports dance coach working with both children and adults, Melbeing is informed by years of body awareness and mindful practice. This work weaves together elements of meditation, nervous system regulation, sound healing, and gentle, intuitive movement to help the body soften, settle, and rebalance.

Melbeing is created for women and centred around the power of community. Sessions provide a safe, supportive environment where women are invited to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and experience deep rest together.

At its core, Melbeing is an invitation to reset, release, and restore. Each offering is designed to support balance, resilience, and a sense of grounded calm that extends beyond the session and into everyday life.

Sound Healing — Monthly sessions

Melbeing offers immersive sound healing experiences that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic balance. Using a combination of instruments, voice, and frequency, sessions are guided with intention and presence, creating space to return to inner harmony and feminine flow.

Melbeing weekly sessions

Mel-Being Sessions weave together mindful and guided meditation, vagus nerve activation, grounding practices, gentle embodied movement, energy release, and sound. These sessions are designed to support regulation of the nervous system, deepen body awareness, and encourage a sense of safety, ease, and connection within the body.

One-to-One Sessions

Private one-to-one sessions offer a personalised and intuitive approach to wellbeing. These sessions combine energy work, conscious breathing, and sound healing to support deeper release, clarity, and alignment.

Reset · Release · Restore (4-Week Journey)

This four-week journey offers four consecutive sound healing sessions, held once a week, allowing space for deeper integration and transformation. Alongside sound, this journey includes reflective practices such as mirror work, letter writing, and guided self-inquiry, combined with meditation, grounding, energy release, and gentle movement.

Teenbeing Circle — monthly and FREE

Monthly wellbeing circles for teenage girls, offering a safe and supportive space to talk openly about the challenges of teenage life. Sessions include guided discussion, confidence-building activities, grounding, breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, and sound-based relaxation to support emotional wellbeing and nervous system regulation.
